Privacy policy

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website through Cloudflare Workers with static assets. The website consists of static files, with no application server or database. Cloudflare processes the following information for each request:

• IP address.
• Date and time of the request.
• Requested URL.
• Browser user agent.
• Referrer URL, if sent by the browser.
• Country derived from the IP address.

This information is processed to deliver the website, protect it against attacks and abuse, including DDoS attacks, and direct start-page visitors to a language version. Delivery and security processing relies on GDPR Art. 6(1)(f): the legitimate interest in providing an accessible, secure website.

The website’s Worker does not write request logs; Workers Logs are not enabled. Cloudflare processes request data as the hosting provider under its own terms. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

The website’s own scripts set no cookies and write nothing to browser web storage. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies in the circumstances below.

Requests to the start page / are redirected to a language version using the country Cloudflare derives from the IP address and supplies through the cf-ipcountry request header. The country is not stored.

Site search runs entirely in your browser using a search index file loaded from this website. Search terms are not sent anywhere. No analytics, tracking or advertising tools are used. Pages load no third-party resources and contain no embedded content.

Contact is available through an email link to tevezmc32@gmail.com; there is no contact form. Email is handled through Gmail, provided by Google LLC. Information you send is processed to answer your enquiry and handle follow-up, based on the legitimate interest in responding to correspondence under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f). See the Google Privacy Policy.

Pages link to external websites, including regulators, help services and sources. Data is transferred to those websites only when you click a link. Their privacy policies apply to processing on those websites. This website currently contains no partner or affiliate links.

SmgTev is established in UA, outside the European Economic Area. Hosting and email processing may also involve processing outside the EEA.

Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; its Data Processing Addendum incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses where a transfer requires them. See Cloudflare’s GDPR information.

Google LLC has certified adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, including the Swiss-U.S. DPF and UK Extension. See Google’s data transfer frameworks.

The website itself stores no personal data. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up; SmgTev has not set a fixed deletion period. Cloudflare’s processing is governed by its own terms and privacy information linked above.

Where GDPR applies and the relevant conditions are met, Arts. 15–21 provide rights to:

• Access your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure or restriction of processing.
• Receive data through data portability where applicable.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send privacy requests or objections to tevezmc32@gmail.com.
